Dave U has arranged January’s walk which will be approximately a 10 mile circuit around Blackheath and Shere in the Surrey Hills.
Meet 9:45 for a 10:00 am start at Shere Woodlands Car Park, GU5 9TE. Grid ref: TQ 070 493.
Starting on the North Downs Way, we’ll be taking in St. Martha’s Hill, Chilworth Gunpowder Mills and Blackheath. Finally stopping off at a pub in the pretty village of Shere on the River Tillingbourne.
