We’ll be visiting the south western Lakes and staying in the Rucksac Club hut at High Moss, Seathwaite, Broughton-in-Furness, in the Duddon Valley.

To reach the hut drive through Seathwaite and approximately 600m after the Newfield Inn, turn right at a signpost for Turner Hall Farm. In 100m a junction is reached with a gateway, the track to the hut goes through this gateway (the road to the right goes to Turner Hall Farm). Continue straight on through the gate and leave all gates as youfind them (open/closed).  After some 100m the track swings right into an area that is used for storing farm equipment etc. The route to the hut is around to the left, through a farm gate and across the field. A second gate is passed and the hut is the largest building at the end of the track with another gate.There is parking within the grounds; please do not park in the field.
