Day walk on 2 January – Greensand Way and Leith Hill

An 8-10 mile post-Christmas walk from Holmbury St Mary. Charmian is leading a walk along the Greensand Way to Leith Hill and then through woodland to Friday Street and back to the start point. The longer 10 mile option adds in Holmbury Hill. Weather permitting, the views from both Holmbury and Leith Hill will be spectacular.

Please bring a picnic lunch and head torches (just in case)! After the walk there is a choice of 2 pubs in Holmbury St Mary for a reviving drink. (Administrator’s comment: yes two – the Kings Head has reopened after 3 years – hurrah!)
