Saturday 19th September – Box Hill

Tony and Sharon are revisiting one of their favourite local walking areas, Box Hill.

Meet at Ryka’s café car park at the foot of Box Hill (RH5 6BY) for a 10am start

The walk takes us through Denby’s to Ranmore Common. We’ll then continue to Tanner’s Hatch, and on to Norbury Park.

We’ll stop at the coffee cart (Wildacoffee) in woodland setting. Then walk to Mickleham (where there is Running Horses pub), returning to Ryka’s cafe.

It is about 8 miles, but can be extended on the day to 10 miles, depending on weather and people’s preference.

Bring a packed lunch.
